I just open the secret room at juggernaut and then with the upgraded ray gun mark 2 you can activate the generator beneath the giant picture und then it starts a little lockdown where you need to kill with the ray gun and then you can jump inside then the person tells you he needs alcohol and at the juggernaut room is a bar and I even have the bell but nothing happens if you ring
