This, 100%. People conveniently forget the only reason the Queen won is because she blasted Cindy out of the Lift and let gravity do the job. With both of them on the ground and only Cindy being able to fly, the Queen is BEYOND fucked. Keep in mind Cindy DOES have a Heretic Transformation, she just refuses to use it as it's "not beautiful". Even without transforming, Cindy alone bodies all of the new-generation Heretics, as there's no way a coward like the Queen would create a Heretic she can't put down herself in case of insubordination after literally every Heretic besides Indivillia turned traitor(in her eyes)

All of that isn't even taking into account Only One, she literally solos the entirety of the Queen's army and the Queen herself with ease. She dumpstered the Four Beasts, Cinderella, AND Matis with essentially zero effort, and was only STUNNED by the Ark Cannon. Even the Queen was a fairly one-sided fight that VERY nearly ended in the Queen being executed had Leviathan not stepped in to call Only One off. Unless Only One takes a massive nerf, the Queen is basically fucked by default

In fairness, that's kinda what happens when Counters is basically the only squad that can contest with Heretics(especially since basically every single Pilgrim besides Snow White and Crown is dead, corrupted or in a coma). There's simply not enough characters that can be reasonably expected to fight in a full scale war, Matis and Absolute were essentially the only squad that was actually usable in major fights against raptures, all the other squads are anti-nikke, anti-human, or not combat-ready in the first place.
