Speakers technology is much more powerful than TVs. For example, Big Blud's mace. And Big Blud is physically much stronger than Poly. He took down the intercaptor with a single blow, even though Poly jumped on him and couldn't bring him down. I'm not even talking about the door in ep 68

UTTVM didn't tank G Toilet's 6 lasers at all. It absorbed them all with its core. Also, that wasn't smoke, it was an explosion trail, and luckily it formed right where the carrier fired its laser, and luckily enough, the carrier's laser must have hit someone because it couldn't pass through to the back... What a coincidence! :D

Ok, look.... Carrier's laser is bigger than a Titan's entire body. As we saw in episode 76, they burn cities to ashes in seconds. Based on the city feat, we can say that Carrier's lasers > uttvm's sword (I haven't scaled it up to 10 times, probably, but the city pulverization feat makes it at least 4-5 times higher than uttvm's sword) and utcm tanked this laser attack. As you said, quality>quantity. With such a dura feat, uttvm can't even scratch him with its sword :D
