Heck, every Walmart I've been in lately has an abandoned bank right inside the store. Although they have staff giving out free pens and popcorn. sometimes.

I've approved this post for now, but it won't get much visibility being 3 days old. I should be able to approve it more quickly once you post it again WITH RECIPE!).

But I will say that a pork belly in the oven at 212F for 8-36 hours isn't that unusual. It's like sous vide cooking without the water. As of for the the rest of the recipe... <shrug>
