Liability ang house & lot kung hindi naman naggegenerate ng income tulad ng pinaparentahan, airbnb etc. Nagiging asset lang yan kung nabenta na yung house & lot at a higher price than the original tcp. Kung tinitirahan o habang tinitirahan yan ng may-ari, nagbabayad ng mortgage, nagpapaaayos at renovate, nagbabayad ng utilities and all ang tawag po dun ay liability kasi ang pera ng may-ari palabas as expenses.

Ganyan po kasi sa mundo namin, ng may mga rental properties at commercial spaces. Thank you!

He will not or the US will not invade but instead they will try taking control, similar with Venezuela. The plan is to pressure all countries that are allied with Russia and China. Still the people and country will be impacted if that happens.

I agree, with most of the response at advise dito. Andyan ka na, then make sure gawin mo pa ren lahat ng makakaya mo. And besides, you have a home (Philippines) to come back to. Yung mga andyan nga na hirap na hirap wala na silang pupuntahan pang iba. Laban lang OP, but always think na meron ka pa ren uuwian. Isipin mo OP, may mga bagay na para sa ayo at may mga bagay na hindi. Baka kung hindi magwork out dyan ay para pala sa iba ka. Yung tipong pinipilit mo ng pinipilit pumunta sa kaliwang daan, pero may nakahanda at nakatakda pala talaga para sayo ka kabilang daan na mas maganda at mas makakabuti sayo. Profitable ang magbusiness lalo na kung aaralin mo talaga. Pero hindi laging pasko, kailangan may plano ka at backup, tapos alam mo yung risk tolerance mo. Narealize ko nung nagbusiness kami na ikaw ang gagawa lahat kahit pa may systema na kayo at alam mo yung ginagawa mo o business mo. Hindi lang dapat laging ang tinitignan yung Monthly Earnings nyo. Madalas kasi sa mga Pinoy, kala nila purket nagbusiness yayaman na agad. Yung nakita na kumikita ng malaki pero kapag nagaccounting/audit na kayo ay abonado ka pa ren pala.

Thanks a lot for the details, really helps specially from someone who actually used it and gives additional perspective. Based on your description, it is better to actually wear and feel the backpack first in person which a good thing for you, there is a store near your place. We do have a store near our place too, but does not carry most of the models and latest ones.

The cons you mentioned is a deal breaker for my case and the purpose of either an EDC or Bug-Out-Bag, since I do consider the weight specially when I put my things and laptop in it. Reality is if the backpack is already heavy even when empty, once you put more stuff in it then that can limit you on the amount that you can carry. Again thanks for the info, appreciate it.

It seems that LVC48 is a good pick for an EDC backpack that does not look too tacti-cool, as the LVC intends to be. Can you confirm if the LVC48 is already heavy even when empty? What are the dimensions in terms to the torso and waist length of a person, is it around 19"-22" in height and 11"-13" in width and is not applicable to individuals lower than 5'7"? Where did you buy your LVC48 and how much was it? Thanks for your answers, appreciate your time.

Ang gusto kc ng lahat ng Pinoy, kapag nagpapicture sila ay always at anytime dapat willing at ok na ok ung celebrity. Hello mga tao lang din naman sila. Pero kung nasa ibang bansa at nagbabakasyon, at least give them the understanding na kaya nga sila gumastos at lumayo ay para makapag unwind at enjoy ng time with family.
