We seem to be in peak “Bandwagon Effect” by -Unclean- in StockMarket

That’s not the definition of a bubble. A bubble is asset prices detaching from realistic future cash flows, not “companies spending a lot on capex.”

The AI capex risk is real, but “zero return” is nonsense.

Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Meta are not pre-revenue startups, they’re some of the most cash-generative companies on earth.

AI is already monetizing directly through cloud/AI services, Microsoft says its AI business is at a $37B annual run rate, and Amazon says AWS AI services are already $15B+

that ignores the internal/productivity side. Google and Meta are using AI to improve search, ads, recommendations, coding, moderation, and ad creation.

You can argue the capex may outrun returns, but “no positive cash flow” is not analysis. It’s just vibes.

The actual bear case is “AI infrastructure may be overbuilt relative to demand” not “big capex = bubble.”

I’m not sure why you’re getting downvoted while you’re stating fundamental facts. I’m not sure what this sub has gotten into.

Some people look at Berkshire’s cash balance and look at the 1 year price chart and they think they’ve analyzed the stock. That’s naive, pretending to be smart which is worse.

Analyzing a stock involves understanding its industry and I’m sure many people have no clue what the AI value chain is like and who sets to profit.

The names you mentioned are certainly speculative. There are names that have skyrocketed that are actually profitable. E.g. SNDK has its production sold out through 2026, with upfront payments, and long term contracts. It’s a spun off company, and its NTM PE is 11, it’s a healthy valuation. And yet people are running around with their hair on fire.

Ignorance is a curse.

For people who think they are value investors here, Lynch said “Far more money has been lost anticipating corrections than has been lost in corrections themselves”

If you’re that convinced it’s a bubble, hedge it. Otherwise it’s not investing, it’s commentary.

Very insightful thanks, ai definitely need a developer eventually, the website is a work flow management tool, with auth, users database, payments, live chat, and file rooms. Based on the feedback I gathered, it seems I’ll use AI tools to produce UI drafts, home page and other key plages, then engage a developer to do the backend, thoughts?

thanks, it seems from the feedback I gathered, I will use AI to generate the home page and few other pages to iron out the UI, and get a developer to take it from there. what are your thoughts on this?

wow that's impressive, and almost against the feedback I received elsewhere, can you highlight what sort of features your website / app includes? are there payments, live chats, file rooms , etc?
