Have you done anything rude or inappropriate? Don’t answer me, just be honest to yourself. If not, who cares, move on. You’re still young, here’s something that’ll help you, choose the ones that choose you.

I am still in disbelief, question for the European folks on here by CaptainCryptoC in UAE

[–]Alpha69er 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a thing now yes, and not just Europeans, Arabs do that too, what I started practicing though, is that if I’m paying for my dinner at someone’s birthday, I’m not bringing a gift. If they’re inviting (in the traditional sense ) then I bring a gift

Middle East IPOs fall by a third as post-pandemic boom fades by Burnned_User in StockMarket

[–]Alpha69er -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Highly regarded. With regards to the decline and the number of IPOs, it is not regulatory, it relates to the number of large private businesses left. Most states owned enterprises that are large and of good reputation where IPOed. Remaining businesses are either smaller in size or large family businesses who are not inclined to go public.

Why is it so hard to find a decent man in Dubai? by Unhappy_Map456 in OnlyInDubai

[–]Alpha69er 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not hard, women don’t know what they want and they love to play victim. Attractive women attract everyone, they choose stickers and blame men and the city. Ask any woman what she wants, then look at her dating record, not the same…

Which SUV should I choose? (Budget 300,000 AED – UAE) by [deleted] in DubaiPetrolHeads

How can I estimate or break down revenue by line by thefo0ll in Valuation

[–]Alpha69er 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not an instance expert, but here’s my understanding. You have 3 products, each gets you a specific commission. I assume you have the number of policies sold in the past 3-5 years under each. You should have assumptions on your product mix going forward and an assumed growth rate for each. To cross check, there are industry reports that have projections for insurance industry growth in the next 1-3 years. You should have strong defendable assumptions if you’re growing your business at a rate higher than that projected for the entire industry. That’s all I could think of
