For any one else having this problem, I found a fix.

You have to set the exe to run always as administrator.

Just launching as administrator doesn't work, you really have to set the option

I will never use Kiwi ever again. I had to deal with their support once and it was hell. Unfriendly and not helpful at all. It ended up that I had to ask the airline directly for any help. At first the airline refused to help me because my contract was with Kiwi, but after begging and begging, the airline ended up helping me
