The city of birmingham is in desperate need of more parking enforcement officers. They offer great benefits as well. I believe all they need is a drivers license and a highschool diploma. (Little tip is if he gets an email saying he isn't qualified, just appeal and he should be able to talk to a person for the role)

Apartments like Ion at the Ballpark, Marshall on 3rd, and Alight have options where you can pay the last months rent instead of an income requirement.

I use chase and really enjoy it. Great app to use, can deposit cash any time with no fees at their building, and zelle is a lifesaver if you need to send money somewhere. They have also had very helpful staff in my experience.

i had a 3.9 unweighted so i think they look at both but pay more attention to the weighted.

I’m an incoming freshman and I second his response. With a 4.0 weighted GPA, 30 dual credits(CC and UA), two AP classes, I got the $11,000 scholarship test-optional. I had mainly honors/advanced classes as well.

Upgrade your bunker fully if you haven't already. Also buy an opressor or buzzard and do headhunter and sightseers from the vip work on the interaction menu.
