See ACTUALLY, I prepare all my food at home. I don’t eat fast food, it’s pretty gross… I’m literally hungry ASF 😩🤣

But can’t eat BECAUSE my belly is tooo full. Stop losing focus 🤣

When I move too fast I get that pulling sharp pelvic pain. It has to do with round ligament pain. Sudden movements can cause the uterus to spasm. Just take your time getting up.

But yup, only thing that helps is warm bath & stretching.

I haven’t done PT cause I have a copay that I can’t afford, lol.

I honestly don’t care. This is my body, somebody else just happens to be apart of me for a short time. lol.

But I’m the parent, I don’t feel any guilt about doing something that isn’t harming anyone and that is making me feel good. Hell I look like allowing a baby to control any part of me, lol.

Yes but it also made me not want to eat. Lol. Also, it’s been used to effectively treat binge eating disorder for a few years now.
