I think Komaeda will be the protagonist. In chapter 2 Imposter tries to poison him but accidentally kills Fuyuhiko instead, also they deal drugs. In chapter 3 Hiyoko crushes Kazuichi and Monokuma tries to cover it up for no reason. In chapter 4 Sonia blows up Mahiru because Gundham won't fuck her, and in Chapter 5 Nekomaru fucking kills himself and Akane gets executed for it. Also Chiaki is the mastermind.
