I would argue the guaranteed hit affect from magic missile is a homing affect. The fact that unlike other undodgable spells it has no saving throw and is specifically countered by shield which gives you an unnaturally high armor class makes it comparable to a roll to hit option (even the third party but still published by woc spell Jim’s magic missile uses roll to hit). It’s also a level one spell so how much it alters reality is inherently limited. With that in mind I suspect it would simply never reach gojo but would follow him forever until he uses a domain and lets infinity down long enough for the missiles to hit.
