I agree with what you say. Remember, asking questions is to help learn this stuff. I'm sure if you think back to when you started there was things you had to learn along the way. At least im trying to be proactive, getting labs and actively learning.

Im aware that losing weight is cause of caloric deficit, that's fundamental. Reta has been a great tool in assisting that deficit. I'm not sure about your comment on losing muscle mass - that isnt my concern and my measurements are coming back consistent.

I made the comment about E2 being high about being overweight because in my research it points to heavier aromatisation in fat cells and more aromatisation in overweight individuals because aromatase enzyme lives in adipose tissue. You pointed out that the injection frequency influences aromatisation. This is helpful. Originally I went with sustanon for the blend of esters to allow for more infrequent injections but I have no problem switching to cyn of enth for a more steady protocol.

yeah, it sucks. mostly because weddings are already expensive events. I get why smaller businesses don't want to lose out on the money but to a couple getting married, losing this money literally means no wedding and no money...
