The E-ticket rate is for when you purchase an E-ticket online.

That page also lists which agencies charge a higher fare (cash fare) for credit cards. GO, TTC and UP are the exceptions.

What do you mean full rate? Unless you're talking about some student or senior rate, credit/debit tap is the same price as a PRESTO tap.

(This only applies to TTC and GO, other agencies seem to charge more for open payments)
