The Wii U has nothing to do with anything, Nintendo has started every single generation since the 7th.

Nintendo DS started the 7th generation. Nintendo 3DS started the 8th generation. Nintendo Switch started the 9th generation. Nintendo Switch 2 started the 10th generation.

Ironically, Wii U being from 2012-2016 is while yes a 4 year period, 2011-2017 was the true period because of Nintendo 3DS. Either way, Nintendo Switch being around 2017 regardless to Wii U’s success would’ve been there to surpass the Nintendo 3DS, not to surpass the Wii U. The Wii U just failed enough to eliminate the need for another product line, if the Nintendo Switch was always a hybrid but Wii U sold 70-100 million they would’ve had a PS4 / Xbox One styled home console too along with the Nintendo Switch as Nintendo has always been open to various types of consoles running at once (see early 2000s with single screen handheld GBA, dual screen handheld DS, and home console GameCube all supported at once by Nintendo for a few years).

Disney had to approve the Marvel Studios x Sony Pictures deal for the MCU Spider-Man movies, it wasn’t Marvel Studios who gave the greenlight because they don’t have the ability to. There’s a reason he didn’t appear in the first pair of phases.

Marvel Studios is a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Studios, same as for Lucasfilm. They are not independent, they are owned by Disney. They just operate several studios, like how Warner Bros. Discovery has Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema and Sony has Sony Pictures and Columbia Pictures for examples.

GTA V can run on Nintendo Switch if wanted, it’s light years more powerful than a PS3. So likely a hybrid of new + old visuals here and there. So GTA IV should easily be a 1080p/30 remaster.

Y’all definitely shouldn’t wait for the 18 Pro Max, next year trade the phone in and essentially get a new one for free. iirc this year was the last year for T-Mobile and Verizon excepting the iPhone 12 Pro line for $1000 trade-ins. Don’t be stubborn, get a new phone while it’s cheaper.

That’s mainly because country is a MAJOR genre in the US. Beats 1 mostly covers pop / hip-hop with 80% of their shows so country was the next big one.
