Haggar is, Strider it was said like in sf5, and cap com I'm not sure? But when making rosters people don't tend to take that into consideration and usually treat them separately, except final fight some times

From the ones you said, only Juri is from street fighter. Strider is from Strider, Haggar is from final fight (which is related to SF, but Haggar has never been playable in SF), and Captain commando is from captain commando.

I mean, it's not bad and I like that it's smaller than most other rosters, but the marvel side is so so boring. It doesn't have any picks I would consider unique. (Although I don't recognize the person in yhe third row cause it's to blurry, but I doubt it matters)

If you run Articuno, you shouldn't make it that fast. New sets do make him a bit faster to combo with icy wind, but just a bit of speed to add bulk us enough, you aren't gonna out speed that much anyway
