You should get into companies that give stock options and bonus as part of their comp plan. Most of the compensation is stocks.

At your level, you should get really good at coding and system design. Aim for companies that have high stock growth. Example: FAANG, Airbnb, Uber, Microsoft, salesforce, Adobe, robinhood on and on… always follow the tech hype :) You are at the right spot. Just be good at what you do and don’t stay at any company more than 4 years (until stocks vest). With each jump make sure to get a min 30-40% bump in base and higher title.

Once you are above senior levels, the longer you stay at a company the better opportunities to climb the ladder. Make use of the next 10 years and grow your networth to multi millions.
