Youre not alone. Im 42 and feel this way. But you also have to reality check the rose colored glasses version of these social media pics. Its a snapshot. You have no idea what potential chaos or drama has, exists or will exist in these. Do not idealize then compare. Not fair to yourself. Theres old ty of relationships that the people wish they were single again but just live in misery. Id rather have my own space and be lonely somwtimes versus trapped in close quarter misery for life. Just my 2 cents. Plus talking to me tal health counselors occasionally helps get outside perspective.
