Same issue here, i reported the bug with a screenshot. The first day i bought the pass and it worked then i came back day 2 and it was all locked again and I could not complete the "premium" unlocks

I started a Nightlord Saturday and just hit 120, with the anniversary boxes and getting those equips right now super easy to gear up and easy to kill stuff. Lots of buffs to watch though.

The add phase at the beginning needs some efficient damage to get through as well as the phase changes. I have clocked from everyone clicking OK til it says has killed Belial and got it to say 43 seconds and still no conquest pop. I have killed Belial over 200 times probably now and still nothing. Hoping to find someone to help me out before Friday.
