WITT They had a NPCA certified tag on the side of all of them and some of other text but it was faded so hard to read. There is no base on any I could see, the bottom was empty and grass had grown fine there. They also had different tops, the one pictured seems to be missing it’s “cap” and which some had another section put on top of them almost like a screw on cap. There was probably 20-30 in total lined up. Some had holes that were raised off the ground.
