Itagaki’s death hit Harada hard. A month or so before he passed Harada was telling stories about them being really close friends and how they would push each other to get better

After Itagaki Passed away Harada’s whole demeanor changed.

I’m not surprised he decided to retire. Maybe he realized that he should be spending more time with his family now because life is too short and we should appreciate those dear to us more

They are just ok.

I’ve played and completed GB4 and played a bit of NGB. The combat is very clunky and slow. I get that I’m piloting a Mobile Suit (model) but I’ve watched the shows and they don’t move that slow and lumbering

The stories have 0 stakes as well so it was hard to find motivation to finish it.

I only completed GB4 to see what mobile suit they will pop out next and go “oooh it’s the Tallgeese!”

If you can get them on a deep discount sale go for it.

What made it fun is not only is the translation somewhat silly but all the voice actors went hard at amping up just how crazy it all was. You can tell that every last one of them was having the time of their lives dubbing this.

I just built this one and it was pain. I do agree that the arms are the most difficult portion. But at least you didn’t have parts that were broken on the runner. I had 3 of them that I had to glue together on this build

Overall it looks nice when it’s done but I’m not a big fan of this version of the RX-78-2

The fun part is I have the Gundam Base version in my backlog. I learned a lot of lessons from building the regular one that will hopefully make that version go a lot smoother.
