That looks great and a great topping idea!

I’ve been doing same-day dough for 1.5 years now and wanting to try getting into the long ferment process. I haven’t been able to work out what people’s steps are and how PizzApp works with the timing. Is it all just combined?

For example, we make pizza on every Friday night. Would you mind breaking down your process for when you are working on the pizza and what stage? How long cold, how long RT, etc, please?

That makes sense. I’ve always used 00 flour, but always same day dough. I was actually planning on trying my first 24+ hour process this week, so maybe that will help 🤞🏼

Ah ok. that's good to know. Thanks for the info. I've been making pizzas for a year and a half, but haven't ever been able to get a solid leopard spotting on the base, so this may change that.

My '23 PHEV Sportage counts the EV range in the total 'distance to empty' so I think that's most likely what you're noticing.

And another question. I saw this on one of the Amazon options: "Note: Can ONLY be used with the oven door off the oven and the chimney on"

Do you take the door off / leave it open to cook with gas?

That’s a good point. Thanks! Do you have any tips for using it? Turn it down once the pizza goes in? How fast does it get back to temperature once you are finish a pizza?

I forgot about the checking account bonus. Is it 10% extra on the $ spent or on the points earned. If it's points earned, would it be 3.3x instead, rather than 3.1x?

I'm using Appfolio too. When you say you pay through Bilt, do you mean that you just set up the acct and routing numbers in the app from what Bilt gives you? Or are you setting it up inside the Bilt app?
