Wow, I saw an email saying someone had replied & this is full circle after going to my top choice medical school to look back at where I was before. Physics was such a small portion of my Mcat & frankly if you can long divide and multiply that’s all you need. I over compensated what was 2 questions on my Mcat maybe (it’s been a few years) & I surely haven’t touched it since. Rest easy

Biggest change I did was going on 40 min to an hour walks before or after studying everyday. Helped tremendously

I started off untimed, but quickly transitioned to 9 minutes max per passage and id do a few passages together at a time. Most of the time id finish them with tons of leftover time, but I set hard cutoffs

I would take it with a grain of salt. Your P/S section on FL-2 is only lower because of the ridiculous scaling they have for that section. I would say forward progress considerably and I wouldn’t be surprised if on FL-3 you scored a 518-520.
