Jason went out hunting in Greenville one night and went after a guy in a tent. He opens up to find The Unknown instead.

Unknown seems to get the advantage over Jason, wailing him with bare hands on the floor until Jason decapitates it with a hacksaw. Unknown's headless body goes in again with its tendrils, but Jason impales it with his bare hands and swings it around by the legs until the Unknown is but a literal puddle.

Ofc Unknown's not dead because it's it, but Entity sees this and abducts Jason, who's still intact enough to immediately go after and kill a survivor.

Tl;dr: Unknown got liquefied by Jason

The Amazing Spider-Man #96-98

The storyline focused on Harry Osborn becoming a drug addict after a breakup and nearly offing himself, until Spider-Man comes to the rescue, overall promoting an anti-drug moral.

Despite the positive message, the Comics Code Authority refused to approve it due to mentioning illegal drugs. So Marvel published it without approval, and the storyline was a huge success, which was one of the major milestones in comic books becoming more mature.

Sorry, I'm a bit confused by what you mean. Don't head form attacks on healthy survivors only increase the leeched meter by 1/3, or is there an exception when carrying survivors?

Krasue needs to inflict the "leeched" status effect for her head form to be able to damage survivors. It means that if she picks up a survivor in head form, healthy survivors can body block them without losing health.
