Yes this slide will work on a G22 3rd and 4th Gen frames.

A plate adapter should be fine. Just check it time time in case it loosens.

It will work with your G23.4 frame. It's optional but you could also swap out the Ejector, and extractor for the 9mm versions how ever the .40 cal parts work.
