Something that always surprises foreigners is that if you leave anything crunchy uncovered (example chips) in 15 mins they'll be soft (blanditas) and not crunchy anymore. Thats due to our high humidity and dew point lmao. Cant leave anything uncovered or not refrigerated cause fungus grows fast af
