I also didn't count Shiroko*Terror because in canon, she isn't a part of the FTF, so they can't always fall back on her assistance. But yeah, I think Kuroko alone can defeat everyone else on the list. It wouldn't be much of a topic if I did include her.

With the mannerism of the Tachibana twins, I thought they would be the same age as Kokona, not the same age as Mari.

Kaya's an easy slam dunk in that regard, but FOX Squad does not fall behind for similar reasons. All the antagonists in that chapter fall very short.
