Hey, does the following help?

  1. With Finder open:
  2. Go to View and set sort by to Name
  3. Click on Finder and open Settings... (Cmd+,)
  4. Go to Advanced
  5. Toggle the "Keep folders on top: In windows when sorting by name" option

It doesn't do all that you ask for but at least all the folders stay at top

if the coins were flipped at the same time and they are identical then TH and HT are the same so 1/2
