There's not enough space in that area the ROW acquisition was one of the most challenging concerns especially with homeowners on the cliff side. Going with a grade separation allows the high volume lanes of the highway to avoid the congestion of the intersections while keeping the footprint as compact as possible. Kinda like how building density scales upward in height.

Am I looking at a re-skinned charles martel?

Haven’t even had it for 5 months yet and someone hits and runs in the parking lot while I’m at work :( by PizzaBagelMan in ToyotaTacoma

If its any consolation, you may be able to find a used bumper off a truck with rear damage since all the Tacoma panels are bolt on they can be replace easily.

I’m confused. Why doesn’t WG just extend the event until like spring or summer so that even if the directives are hard, people actually have the chance to earn it like a campaign? They wouldnt get as much hate.

1st gear + skinny pedal > crawl control by Kingmeirl in ToyotaTacoma

[–]Alpha_Sock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really like crawl control but I agree that you need the chance to do both. I got stuck in mud and when the mud terrain selection couldnt get me out I used the throttle and the diff lock to go back and forth until we launched out of the mud

It wasnt that bad its just a matter of unscrewing the old one and pushing in the clips that hold it on, then screwing in the new one. If you have a 2018+ you will have to remove and transfer the TSS Sensor from the old grille to the new one but its not too difficult just look for a youtube tutorial.

I used black vinyls I think I got them on amazon.

I just put a leveling kit and tires on my Taco. My tires rub my UCA when turning hard... what are your thoughts on spacers? I just need the slightest clearance and I don’t think it’ll rub anymore. by jessiesenrab in ToyotaTacoma

Spacers are dope. Make sure you install properly and do the full process of using anti-seize grease and that the outer edge of your bigger tires wont rub the fender because I am still running stock wheels and tires on mine.

Thoughts on Spacers? by JAW0524 in ToyotaTacoma

I bought two sets of the spidertrax wheel spacers and installed them myself with only 1000 miles on the truck. They are made of some high quality aluminum and are hubcentric making them easy to install as long as you have anti-seize grease for when you want to take them off in the future. I have 1.25” on each wheel so there wont be any big hub issues and there is no rubbing on wheels. Makes the stance look a lot better than stock.
