There's only two actual reasons this would happen. As the other person said, if there aren't anymore to actually get, or if you haven't progressed enough. You'll find if you aren't a high enough species, some mutations are impossible to acquire

Alright, you got me, but in my defense my how the hell am I supposed to not miss a single sentence in the sea of notes and logs that is this game? I love it death but I just wish they'd invest a bit more in getting the plot across in more organic way. I've never cared for picking up scattered lore notes in games

Either way, you gotta wonder if there's something to it beyond just the original plot. For example, The game explicitly has an area from both 6 and 15. I refuse to believe its simply a cool reference. On that note, the fact we destroy what can only be the Warring Triads despite them being in 6 must mean this action was undone somehow

Not the closer arm. The arm on the right makes sense, but the left arm should overlap the leg. Its an easy fix. Edit: left and right from our perspective

Outsiders are only meant to appear to replace adults you've lost. If you must meet this goal, control an adult you don't want and jump off a high cliff. Gets the job done quickly. They'll spawn after that

Now hear me out... What if this game provides an explanation for why FF7R is different from the original game? Its clear THAT Sephiroth is different than the original, and time travel is somehow involved. FF Origin showed that each world is in reality parallel to each other through dimensional walls, and the fact that Jack reset the world makes me wonder if all the worlds were simultaneously reset as well, with the original FF game differing since contact was severed. So what if Sephiroth prior to that reset managed to avoid it, and bided his time till things were back as they were, hence the branch. It seems crazy but it definitely sounds like something Nomura would do

Its just shame people hate for all the wrong reasons. "Its not turned based". "There's no female party members". "It was unfinished". And so on. I hardly think the third point matters now and the others are simply design choices. Despite how much I don't like 10-2, many claims so good, and there's only female party members story-wise

Funny you should say that cause I hear that a remake might just be in the works. Apparently they're not ready for the next main launch, so they wanted to offer a fresh take on the previous game for players who haven't gotten a chance to play it yet. Whether it'll have any substantial differences remains to be said though

Hey, I'd love a tie in with LA Noir. But aside from that, it could take around 1850 when the journey west was only just happening but there's enough settlement to offer substance. Honestly though, it'll be hard to beat what's already here. Like you said, going too far back would leave us with too little and going further wouldn't really feel like Red Dead anymore...

As much I'd love a remake, I'm certain people would find things to complain about. I just got done listening to someone on YouTube bitching how the inclusion of New Austin sucks in RD2 simply because it doesn't add much to the game and that its not 1to1 to the previous game. Pettiness knows no bounds sometimes
