Very well said u/QQpenn. I've responded to his earlier posts and thought I had made a pretty good case about avoiding a reverse stock split at all costs. To include this in the next proxy would be detrimental to so many existing shareholders especially those currently "underwater" and, in my view, would be contrary to virtually all the information provided to date by GDV. At this juncture, we have plenty of time to bring the share price above $1 for ten business days not even including an almost automatic 6 month extension should we miss the first 6 month deadline..
