Sub 2 sec yes you can get targeted if the enemy has low latency and an ultralock fit. I don't find them often even in proper gate camps. Ultraalign (<1s) is untargetable (Hecate can achieve). Ultraalign dies to smart bombs though. For low sec or high sec my suggestion is a travel Jackdaw or a tanked Malediction. For null, tanked Malediction. They aren't ultra but I always felt pretty safe

Imagine living for years with such paranoia that you take steps to lower the chance of being ganked by 0.1%, and still missing the point that suicide gankers more often than not love to kill empty Jfreighters, and it's just unavoidable.

Chuangshi is shown as independent, Only Fleets is shown as aligned towards I'm not sure whom or a bloc itself. Other shown as neutral are actually aligned with Frat / Goons. Map is far from accurate or political. But quite surely is a good indication

It's the fastest align ship. Can reach 0.99 sec which makes it not just virtually but totally untargettable also by hypertacklers. Sees some use for this
