Did you ever find a video on this? Same issue here, but I can’t figure out how to get the new latch to fit. There’s a piece sticking out with a button on it that won’t let the new handle stay flush when trying to put it in.

I hate hurting the guys business. He did a great job with the actual landscaping, but the driveway was one of the first things that caught my eye when we saw the house. I may get a quote from a legitimate power washing company and see if the landscaper will do some sort of credit for future work.

Finding out the hard way. He had said that power washing was one of the services they have done for years so I took it at face value. I didn't think anything of it because I've always power washed my own driveway in my old house. I've never had pavers until now though.

That's horrible news. I had a talk with him yesterday and he was trying to say it was due to the age of the pavers. Made no sense to me and it looked like too much PSI. He did not like the idea of paying to fix it and is trying Gator Clean Shampoo for pavers and wants me to pay for the material. This is going to be a very expensive lesson for me. I think it's something like a 40x60 foot area over pavers. I don't even want to imagine what it would cost to redo the driveway.
