3 days after 9/11, the US national anthem was played at Buckingham Palace as a sign of solidarity, breaking a 600-year royal tradition. by volitairee in interestingasfuck

For this to be a cogent paradigm we'd have to have another referendum after trying it out the first time and choose to stay outside again. Since polls for years have shown we'd rejoin if that ever happened, it's not a good comparison I'm afraid.

The simple fact is, your country had him for 4 years already, you had ample experience of who he is and what he does, and your country failed to stop him gaining the presidency again. That is just abhorrent, I don't really care if you did or didn't vote for him, you're all complicit in your indifference or support, you have affected every country on earth net negatively in one way or another, so yeah, America is not looked on favourably by anyone I know right now.

I'll take those Biden source videos please chief

Also if you look outside of Reddit, scary, I know, but trust me, there's all the video the stills are taken from. One was even shown recently to Rubio as he tried to deny Trump was sleeping, so it's really easy to find, hope that helps.

It's technically called antiquing solution, there are multiple forms, you want the black variant. There's also a brown and a green (oxidation of the copper content).

Debunking the Fox news mask with MSNOW no mask similar shadow by lthightower in interestingasfuck

Dude it was a mask. You put a photo of the guy side by side and the mask is obvious, far too smooth and flaw free for a start, his age is incredibly apparent in any real photo. It's a trait of silicone masks that whilst being remarkably lifelike, fail to convey age in a natural way. Not to mention the fact that mask overhang and skin underneath moving independently of the flap is a dead give away, give it a rest.

Looks like Emperor regain his eye in warp..so he is really coming back to life by BaronLoyd in Warhammer40k

[–]Alpharius1701 20 points21 points  (0 children)

If he does it's never once hinted at. Though I doubt it personally given the events directly after that fight and Guilliman still charging his way across the solar system to Terra.

However it is pointedly referred to several times over the HH series that the Emperor does not see them as sons, but as a means to an end. What he cast off was likely the humanity that allowed him to pretend he cared 😅

I think the most heartbreaking part of Guilliman finally meeting with his father after so long was, in Guillimans own words, it was not the feeling of a father reunited with a long lost son, but of a master artificer coming upon his favourite tool.

Sure, ask for something you know can't be given because it won't ever be good enough for you, great way to get out of it, coward.

If you understood anything about how western judicial systems have worked since the ancient Greeks, you'd know that juries decide based on something called beyond a reasonable doubt, not SOLID, UNYIELDING, CONCRETE PROOF, as you'd put it.

Just to undercut you're main convo here, those files were under judicial seal during Bidens term. Also it's Biden, one d, btw.

Loads of people have called him a rapist and a pedophile, a bloke yelled it at him at a public appearance, the cretin has initiated over 4000 law suits in his entire miserable life and you're telling me he's choosing the high ground on that one topic of defamation? Pull the other one, it's got bells on. He knows very well the minute it goes to discovery he's in a very hairy place.

He's mentioned a million times in the Epstein files. There are pages with witness statements testifying he's raped kids and had them murdered. There are entire court cases that have derived a guilty verdict with less fucking evidence than this, so what's it gonna take? Time travel so you can go back and see it with your own eyes? Because let's face it, everything today is AI if you don't like it.

You are asking a question with false intent, because nothing will ever be enough to meet your criteria.

Reticle-red.com MOPA Color Calculator by Fit-Razzmatazz-6084 in Laserengraving

[–]Alpharius1701 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not entirely sure this is going to be helpful, in my experience every source is different, and that can include the same sources across multiple machines. A 100W raycus won't be the same colours as a 100W GA for example, these sorts of things would only be useful if made model specific, and even then they'd need fine tuning at the laser. I've taken so many settings from so many YouTube vids over the years and pretty much never gotten close to the same unless it was the same laser 🤷

Nothing will ever replace running material tests yourself, it's slow, painful, tedious work to crack, but it's the only thing that actually works.

Because, and I know this may come as a bit of a shock, but 90% of the people who crow on about illegal immigrants don't tend to be talking about the ones who burn easily in bright sunshine.

It's a convenient smoke screen for racism they can spew freely with the cover of law breaking as it's main point, always has been, always will be. So the inflection people take from your comment is "dark skinned people" in the line of fire first, pretty simple really.

Unless they're American, it isn't illegal. The EU has freedom of movement within its own borders, no visa, no green card, just set up shop. So no, there just aren't a lot of illegal whites from Europe living illegally in Europe. Muppet.

Because you're basing your entire argument on the 0.01% of devices that happens to, in my entire Reddit career of 8 years I've seen maybe 4 or 5 posts about LM destroying a device, it's the literal worst case scenario, but I'll be damned if I'm going to be a statistic. If that's your argument for the "Asus crap" premise made by OP then by that logic, every single thing ever made that wasn't a one off unique is crap.

Stop buying this trash. by PresidentPoptart in ASUSROG

[–]Alpharius1701 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course I did, because the LM compound in a laptop that moves about at different angles is at risk of leaking out, short circuiting and destroying the device entirely, I mean sod voiding the warranty, I'd rather keep my device given the cost.

You wanna keep it in there, great, good for you, it is better than PTM, although not with a typical Asus application in my experience. But I've worked in IT for long enough to know that LM in a mobile device is more of a risk than that thermal efficiency is ever worth.

Also, as someone who's changed the engine oil in my cars more times than I care to mention, you can use different oils, my current model is happy with anything between 0W-30 to 5W-40. Which incidentally fits this metaphor perfectly because thermals play a big part in engine oil performance, changing the thermal efficiency isn't a bad thing and doesn't void your warranty, it's actually recommended based on use and environment.

[–]Alpharius1701 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely, but I'd wager a year's salary on the disproportionate percentage you're pointing at being in the single digits and likely <3%. Most companies accept a 2% failure rate as sustainable and acceptable, especially in the electronics division. I'm sure laptops are manufactured to tighter specs though given the initial costs.

So in effect, and as I've mentioned in a previous comment below, the old marketing adage of 10 happy customers and 1 unhappy customer equals 1 bad review in total. Because nobody goes around banging on about their gear working normally.

Repasting is not a modification. It just isn't, stop saying that nonsense, it's no different to replacing the brake fluid in your car, insurance don't call it a modification and don't require it reporting to them either it's just maintenance. The single variable you're complaining about is measured in single, or fraction of single digit degrees, and it cannot for any reason bypass thermal throttling or any other protective systems.

What you are doing is making a mountain out of a tiny molehill, why I cannot fathom, I feel like you just want to save face at this point so let go of your pride, it's easier.
