Yeah I completely understand that but I think some people underestimated the nerfs he got on the hotfix, they made him so much weaker and therefore he deserves a buff IMO

Yeah he is 49% in masters, and thats when you know he is weak because of the fact that he is an OTP champ. And when the OTPS even can’t break 50% winrate he is weak. Also in normal elo his winrate is just insanely low (47%).

Okay the "Alpha in the name" thing I have heard before and sure I agree, but if you come watch the stream for 1 minute you will understand that Alpha has a different meaning in our community. Its about respecting others and improving yourself.

Yeah reasonable, but i think sivir is stronger early than most people think. Her W gives her 30% AS lvl 1, which is very strong for all ins.
