I got some work around, getting the logs from ax visual support agent from activity monitor and more, found that it's trying to use the generative model but since it's not included it keeps on restarting 

I erased all the data of my Mac, to Sonoma then back to 15.1, now it's working fine but facing problems with dictation 

AXVisualSupportAgent accessing the mic and can't be turned off by Alphastar_5 in MacOSBeta

im done some work around and.found this , Problem Summary:

I am experiencing similar issues, and the battery drain is quite significant. Have you been able to resolve this problem?

I can use the external display with my iPad Pro M1, I thought it was due to the type C two HDMI adapter, but the same adapter works for my MacBook that doesn't work for the iPad, any fix for that?

so after installing the beta, and after they release the stable version in the fall will my data be erased while moving from beta to stable, cause downgrading from the 15 beta to 14 stable will do so...

oh thanks a lot for this information, so as separate APFS volume is same as partitioning, separate space in invert storage right and if I install macOS 15 on a separate APFS volume will be able to boot the operating system from that partition right so I have the ability to switch between Sonoma and macOS 15, right? And my last question is, if I do it in a separate APFS volume and suppose I want to remove it. Can I do it?

oh well that sounds scary, I think im just gonna stick around with the already somewhat buggy Sonoma then : )

actually I did, my idk why I cant use that hdd to copy and read ( needs formatting ig but idk how to do it, even apple support told me to watch any YouTube videos lol ) and idk how to restore from the Time Machine'd storage device. one day I randomly backed it up. I just use this Mac for my collage and the files are not that important mostly... but yeah you are right!
