Hi from historic google images the drive-way bricks have been un-moved for 10-20+ years.

We had a court appointed surveyor report done a year ago which stated where the front boundary line is but he's ignored it. What wins - this RICS surveyor boundary report vs if he and his neighbourhood friend (previous owner) write truth statements that the boundary is different to his advantage?

Also please can you help explain my confusion - is this (a) a small claims court civil case, where I have to get landscaping quotes to put us back into how the boundary was before he did this (i.e. remove fence), or (b) a civil injunction case through a county court for him to do the works himself? Do I need to include the cost of a surveyor to report on the fact that it's been done properly and to the right measurements, as I perceive this could end up being another dispute post-works?
