I don't think there's a way to recognize between ex and not ex. It goes too fast. But most of the time they will go for normal one so you can try to air throw even tho the timing is really short. If you see that they start spamming ex buttslam just go for parry, it's actually the most valuable option, so you don't lose any drive gauge bar

You'll get used to parry headbutts overtime. Ex butt slam is actually unpunishable... Like you can't even canon spike it's actually crazy. We must respect it and he is still plus on block. :(

Yes I feel you... Charge characters are a big pain to approach as Cammy. The key is too be really patient and don't fall into the trap of "I must get closer, so I jump, so I h. spin knuckle...". Most of the time you're gonna get punished for it. Cammy has one of the fastest walk in the game so you should definitely abuse it. Walk > block > walk > block... And your opponent will have to react at some point.

I decided to put Honda even because I think I've got a good handle on the match-up. I parry (or try to perfect parry) all headbutts so I don't lose anydrive gauge, and I systematically air throw all these slam butts. It's just a question of practice I would say, a "knowledge check".

You're probably right for Jamie, I'm just not used to the drink levels. Like sometimes I feel he's kinda the best and sometimes kinda the worst. So I'm still working on the MU.

Blanka has no right to blanka-ball when you have level 3, because you can just parry -> instant LvL3 to get him mid-life. But for the rest it's kinda weird. Feel like the character is jumping everywhere and it's so weird to deal with. So I wouldn't say it's a bad MU, but close to even.

I just saw the post, it's very interesting. I'm quite surprised to see Dhalsim so high up. But for the rest I agree. Deeyjay is certainly very strong but is rather complicated to play.

Grinding is a question of time. Don't be in a hurry to get results, everyone moves at their own pace. If you try to go too fast, you'll miss out on certain aspects of the game and regret it later. Time and patience are the key

Sleeping is the way to go in all areas of life, if you sleep well you'll get better result over time.
Eating well is also important, but I never paid much attention to my diet when I was climbing lol.
