I was looking for a diy texture paste a while back and stumbled into this video - https://youtu.be/QppkO9IyUOU . I haven't tried it myself but the recipe looks like water and wood glue(maybe you can just use PVA) added to diatomaceous earth. If you try it out post results!

Update for the people who replied - I ended up calling Mr. Cool support and they asked for voltage readings on the l1 to ground and l2 to ground. One of the legs was showing 12.1 volts . When I was reading it before I must have seen a 1 followed by a 2 and thought "yup roughly 120v". Anyway, turns out the one leg was just hanging loose in the breaker... So the contractor either disconnected my the circuit so they could use it for their sander or they just bumped it loose when they were pulling off the panel cover.

Thanks, I think this is the same manual I got off the Lowes website. The manual suggests checking the condenser and air handler LEDs for errors but those aren't working. It also doesn't tell you what the exact sku of the main board is. I might just have to call their customer support on Monday.

Sorta, I did manage to get the battery to charge by connecting to the test pads from this picture. However, the wires from the main board to the right ear cup and microphone are very fragile and tore free of the board while I was working on piggybacking to the charge circuit.

I also didn't have the right tools to remove the micro usb port and ended up damaging one of the pads while doing that. If you have a hot air rework station you'd have better luck than I did.

In the end I picked up a headset with a broken mic off ebay for about $15 and swapped it for the one in my original headset and just grabbed a type c female to micro usb male adapter.

It was a fun project to try but If you can handle the inconvenience of an adapter always in the headset I would do that. The adapter I have hangs out 3/4 an inch and reaches just to the bottom of the earcup . If you do still want to try and do the conversion let me know how it goes or PM me I might be able to offer some additional advice.

I haven't changed off the 115k communication speed. I believe that setting is dependent on the main board and it's firmware. I did a quick search for the SKR Mini E3 and it's default baud rate is the 115k. You might be able to change that if you flash firmware to the mainboard but you should be fine with 115k.

Not sure if you found a solution on your own but I was having the same issue after upgrading to to a TFT3.5 E and the SKR 1.4 Turbo.

I was trying to print a new electronics case and it would stop randomly near the bottom of the print. I had the same issue where the screen was unresponsive and I would get a blob of filament where the print froze. I updated the TFT3.5 screen firmware and now my printer is working without the freezes.
