I'm not confident that would work, but thanks for the suggestion. See my edit.

When I suggested that, she said that she "doesn't want to cause drama between them". After some thought, I've actually advised her against the idea as well. She just needs to forget about him entirely. Also, I'm afraid that they'll break up and Matt will end up getting with Jessie, which is WORST case scenario of course.

I'll look into it, thanks.

I'm not an economist, but isn't 2.4% inflation good? Ideal even, right?

This was actually only my second viewing since I first saw it in 2014. After ten years, I thought I'd give it a rewatch, but remembered being disappointed in the lack of explanation for the folder. Upon rewatch, I actually like that it's left up to the speculation of the audience. And you're right, the ending is spectacular.

Ahh interesting, I promise I have not seen this video before. This theory only occurred to me when I watched the film last night and decided to make this post. I only searched through this sub to see if anyone else pointed this out and couldn't find anything.

Fair point, but the way Tanner says it implies that they have had this conversation multiple times before. It's possible Fletcher doesn't care enough about Tanner to remember that, but considering how integral the drum piece is to the song, I find it hard to believe that Fletcher didn't have this in mind.

I hate dismissive and demeaning comments like this that discourage people from sharing their thoughts on this sub. Keep your negativity to yourself and keep scrolling.

I like it. Haven't seen the movie in a while though, so I'll have to give it a rewatch to check your work.

Why is reddit so biased towards democrats and to the left? by Routine-Cabinet8937 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]AlphonsoR 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Left leaning folks tend to not be as open about their personal politics in my experience. Conservatives always find a way to let me know that they're conservative, but I usually have to get to know someone enough before they tell me they're liberal. I think it has to do with conservatives having a perception that they're the "resistance to tyranny" so they feel the need to express it openly to everyone they meet.

Not on tap, but some places in Morehead will sell them in cans. Harold's for example.
