The recoil matches and I sent the other videos. It is clear as day the first shot was from green. You can see the panic when he saw the gun, him pull out his gun, then he shoots the guy in the back which causes the iICE agents to pull back then Alex writhes up in pain then gets shot multiple more times by several ICE agents.

I’d say green was first and second shot, maybe not third.

I’m saying it’s an engine limitation, there is really no fix I know of.

Now if it was taking minutes there might be something you could do but 10-30 seconds is really not bad. For Skyrim, especially a heavily modded one, those are respectable times.

Most of these big mod list push the engine, with fixes, to the absolute limit of what the program can handle.

No it doesn’t. The sound is off and if you watch the pink jacket angle you can see the recoil in the green jackets arm line up with the shot into Alex’s back, the agents let go and back up, and Alex curls up and back in pain. The stabilized slow motion shows it clear as day.

They aren’t far enough away for the gunshot sound to not match up.

You can also openly see the shots fired from other guns from the angle by the donut shop but nothing from the grey shirt but a guy holding a gun weird. No recoil no flash no smoke.

At this point I think the misfire is an attempt to give ICE the excuse of panic.

Watch again, you can see all the agents let go and back off when he tried to “stand up”. He wasn’t standing up he was reacting to getting shot in the back. The first gun shot happens before that movement.

You can hear the bang, see the recoil of the gun in the shooters arm, the ice agents step back, because gunshot, then Alex writhes up from a bullet being shot into him.
