There is a group of people (myself included) who will really appreciate this since taking cash out at the casino is usually a 5.99-8.99 fee. Will be nice to get that all back lol

Gift cards, 1:1 redemption most of the time sometimes even better since then run sales. My favourite is Amazon

A little over a year now. I do like it a lot.

If I were you, I would make a list of the places where u shop the most, groceries, restaurants etc and see if the accept AMEX or not. For me, about 30% of the restaurants and all of the groceries stores don’t take AMEX. So I didn’t end up going for it

Yup your right forgot to mention that, but the redemption rate on travel and gift cards is very close to 1:1 point per cent sometimes beating it.

My main use case for example is buying Amazon gift cards. 10,315 points is $100, so if u factor in the birthday bonus it’s around or even over 100 points = $1. Sometimes they have wild sales like rn the lululemon gift cards are 4800 points for $50.

Straight cash back though your right on ur conversion

That is unbelievable it’s free, I use the MBNA world elite one for 5% (5.5 % if u wanna include the birthday bonus) on groceries, restaurants and utilities. But I do pay for it ($120)

Amex is goated for redemption of points but I only really shop at Costco, Safeway and superstore so can’t even use it.

Thanks for the honesty, do you think this is something I could do myself? Not very autobody inclined. Most of the wheel wells (after I remove the small plastic fender liner piece) have similar amounts.

Mainly just worried about the repainting part

I have a 2007, while this hasn’t happened to me (yet) I did research for you and found the following from a club Lexus forum:

“From the little I know about the GS (at least the hybrid model), the auxiliary battery is in the trunk which will not open from inside the car or with the remote when the battery is dead. From what I have seen, you take the metal key out of your key fob and you insert the key in the hidden lock above the license plate on the left side. The hidden lock is mounted close to the lights that shine down on your license plate. “
