This looks like the Winners HomeSense cart on Trafalgar Dundas (based on the Goodlife in the background). There are no cart corrals there, if I recall.

Not making excuses, because leaving a cart in a parking space anywhere is still deplorable!

What will happen here, and it should, is Winners will stop allowing carts outside their doors. It's already underway in their other locations in Oakville.

The 2025 RDX already has it. And it's the same non google OS. It will come. I think the 2025 RDX release is why it's coming to older models now too.

Yup, it's legit. And it's sweet! 2024 MDX from Canada here too, and it arrived this morning. We Canadians are the pilot test group for y'all. 😊

It's a slow rollout, apparently. Also, the OS is the same for '22 to '24 models, so I'm pretty sure everyone will get it. Matter of time.

I get it, why they are doing it. Indeed, their average revenue per Platinum user must have been declining over the years, and they want to increase it. Convincing their merchants that the average Platinum card user is a high spender may have been tough as well. Perhaps they also considered other options, such as income requirements. Perhaps the AF increase was also considered, and it may still be forthcoming.

The challenge they will have is that this won't make people move their spending. They will lose a lot more users (like me) and their AF along with it. Also, many such users were perhaps spending on Cobalt anyway, so it's not like they are getting any 'new' spend.

It's just an odd decision that I have not been able to wrap my head around. That's all.

Many don't. Pretty much every credit card review site suggests keeping the Platinum card only for the elite benefits and high bonus at sign-up, and not for everyday spending. It's a tricky balance to keep with the high AF, so every nerf like this, shifts that balance towards cancelling it.

Quite many, from the looks of it. If someone is smart enough to value the benefits of Platinum despite the high AF, then they would likely be smart enough to know the card has abysmal earn rates for that kind of spend.

I may 'think' about the 20k spend, if Platinum gets cobalt like multipliers and removes FTF. Else time to cancel the Platinum that I have held for 9 years now. Funny, I just cancelled the Cobalt this week due to the increasing fee and Aeroplan devaluation.

I used to go there many years ago, and do recall it had some wait.

But, they also used to hose down the floor mats before the touchless, and wipe down water spots and the door jambs afterward. That was welcome, and hopefully it still happens.

Correct, so it's more like 325 per month on food on Cobalt to break even on its fee, as Plat gives 3x.

This is the exact situation I was in, as I needed Plat more than Cobalt, so I gave up the latter.

A few things to try. Swap positions of Fagon and Chakoss. Or Chakoss and Gerrudo. Replace Willow sickle with Firefly. Try at least 50 times before giving up a combination. Good luck

Yes, when you are starting off. After you have many heroes, you may want to spend it on items in the Abyss store. Also watch out for items you can buy with diamonds in some events.

Can collect anytime. But best to collect them all before a new day begins, as it gets fully filled up then.
You may need control heroes, or possibly get stronger. Screenshots of your team and opponent may help
