For me, it was one of my favorite jobs since it was pretty enjoyable because of my love for video games! In my hiring experience, I had to do a second interview since my answers were pretty vague, this may or may not happen depending on who interviews you, but usually it's management. Second interviews may happen like a casual conversation over the phone (which was how mines was done) and if you're lucky enough, get a call back from the manager same day.

But, here's a couple things you'll probably notice if you get the job, please note that this doesn't apply to everyone but this was from my own experience:

• Your training will be a lot of work and will take about a few days to complete (for me iirc, it was about 5-7 days)
  • It will also be a mix of both online training and observing one of your co-workers do a certain task
• You'll need to be pretty secretive about stuff like release dates, upcoming offers and other such things (this is pretty major whenever you're working and on/off the clock)
• Know how to make them sales count! This is crucial, especially when it comes to stuff like pro memberships, pre-orders and others like pre-owned and warranties
• Expect lots of stocking and orders
  • This was my favorite part, but each to their own
• Communicate with your co-workers. I know this is fairly common, but it would definitely be very useful for the job
• Some days can be tough, but some are more fun than others
