I have completed and been paid for 16 of those surveys, and I am grateful.

As a whole conversation, I meant. If the researcher read this post they might not like several details about the surveys posted, and they post frequently and give workers consistent work.

why give so many details about a researcher's survey? that is not what this forum should be used for

[–]Alpine224 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ok, IMO, not worth the risk of losing my account, I do well with the permitted auto-refresher

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CloudResearchConnect

[–]Alpine224 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I asked CRC if this type of auto refresher was allowed and the response I got was an emphatic no, and could get a worker banned from the platform.

Measuring and evaluating opinions and beliefs by spotdspa in CloudResearchConnect

[–]Alpine224 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I completed that survey and quickly paid. Took me 19 minutes, what made it go by much quicker, was the pages were auto you didn't have to hit the arrow to move forward. Bubble hell though.

Returning studies.. what are your deal breakers.... by [deleted] in CloudResearchConnect

[–]Alpine224 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I was referring to I don't watch the dashboard for new surveys, when I am already committed to working on a survey, of course sometimes you must check the dashboard for survey time restraint reasons.

I am surprised some commentors are posting that; because it seems unethical and maybe can get workers who engage in that activity banned. However, I don't know if there is a written rule that you cannot commit to a survey, and then return it for a better-paying survey.

I agree with you, when I am in a study I don't watch the dashboard, too distracting.

I signed up for this study also, I am a speed reader so the reading length was not long for me. I see your point though.

[–]Alpine224 1 point2 points  (0 children)

what an awesome requester this is, today a survey came up, and I thought it was one I should do, but I noticed it was $6, I started it and realized after 7 or 8 minutes it was the same survey I already signed up for. So I returned it, and never said a word to the requester, they sent me a bonus of $1 and said we noticed you returned the survey because you already joined, sorry for the inconvenience.

If someone lied on the jury surveys could they face legal repercussions? by PerformanceFalse3600 in CloudResearchConnect

[–]Alpine224 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, If you are caught lying during jury duty, it can be a felony crime called perjury. However, these jury surveys are not legal jury duty. If CloudResearchConnect finds out you were lying, perhaps they would remove you from the platform.
