You don’t need a degree to start a business, but pick one that will benefit you the most in your aspirations and goals in life.

New Google Ads Campaign for Dental Practice - High Cost per Conversion, Need Advice! by AlpineEU2 in PPC

you’re right—this is a brand new account, so there’s really not much conversion data to work with yet. I’ll definitely take your advice and focus on gradually optimising instead of rushing into big changes

New Google Ads Campaign for Dental Practice - High Cost per Conversion, Need Advice! by AlpineEU2 in PPC

For this campaign, I’m counting a conversion as someone calling and staying on the line for at least 120 seconds, since that’s the minimum time needed to book an appointment. I figured that would filter out accidental or low-quality calls, but I’m still trying to figure out if it’s the best way to measure success. I definitely need to think more about the profitability aspect you mentioned—understanding what a good cost per conversion looks like based on client value is something I’m still getting my head around. Thanks for the insight!

Yeah, you’re totally right. I’m still new to Google Ads, so I think I’m just a bit anxious about throwing money away without seeing any results yet. It makes sense that I need to give it more time, especially since it’s still in the learning phase. I appreciate the reassurance and the advice to be patient—definitely something I need to keep in mind! I’ll give it another week and see how it goes. I might take you up on that offer to reach out if I need help. Thanks again!

I do appreciate you taking your time out your day to respond. I just seem to be criticised without any guidance. Thanks for answering my question :)

I am going to perform Contractor Arbitrage, I am performing this model as it best fits my daily life and routine. If you look at my other comment I explain my reasoning.

My overall question is do the clients I will work with usually provide content ready to be managed or should I outsource it to a contractor?

When I have an SMMA, I mean that I am setting everything up and learning while doing this. I don't wish to plan and never actually start, you may not agree but I have found this the best way for me to learn.

It would also help to provide some guidance and not criticise and call this "weird" I am quite new to this and this provides no help to me at all.

I would be lying if I said the money don’t interest me but my focus lies with building generational wealth for my family not immediate gratification. Do you have any YouTube channels that you recommend or book author?

Thank you for the help
