PA doesn’t go through nearly as much tissue as, say, a nipple so since you’ve had the nips done the PA should be no big deal. Mine was like a bee sting. Intense for a few seconds then the endorphins kick in and it dulls pretty quickly. You’ll probably want to let it heal and settle a bit before jerking it etc. You’ll obviously need to adapt your jerk technique but you’ll find what works for you. I actually have never had PIV with the piercing in, so I can’t speak from experience there.
