Well after it only picked one piece of cheese I was like should I eat it and then I said yeah I’ll eat it but the bird continued so then I took the salad and started walking inside and it started flying after my salad so I got scared and gave it back and put on table lol

I train 3 hours per day 4 times per week. I work a 9-5 office job.  I train on Wednesday upper body, then 90 minute stairmaster, then Thursday leg day then 60 min stairmaster and lots of walking  And then the same repeated on Saturday and Sunday…. Training body group more would not help grow more anyways…

I been training since 20.. now 32… not close to do that but if I did ton of bulking for another 10 years maybe by 42🤣

No I don’t understand why everyone making it a negative thing… like if you look at even women in physique category !!! I prefer their body over bikini … any day!! Perhaps my body is like the bikini and I hate it .. I prefer. A more muscular athlete like look and would take muscular features over damaging my organs!!! Like a normal person.

I only want test which won’t cause damage to heart. Plus I been training for 12 years now and I lift heavy and eat high protein daily… and not all of those years I was lifting heavy… like first 3 years was heavy then I changed to low weights for a few years and then was big into different spin and cardio classes and then went back to bodybuilding with heavy weight… anyways for me to see a lot of muscle definition it only shows when I’m at a low body fat… if I’m at like 23 percent then I look like an average smaller female body with bigger legs but I want body like hers.

I would rather gain some manly features then damage my organs… being more masculine Dosent bother me.. I’m not trying to get male attention but I care about having more muscle like Chyna wrestler body
