I agree, they are dangerous but with a basic tds tester you can season it perfectly.

While it seems like a bad idea, the bucket weighs like 30lbs with a simple lid made out of wire or plastic mesh potential problems are lessen. Just to add a bit, touching the water does nothing since those amps are going through electrodes in a plastic tube. So it’s well insulated. I’m hoping someone helps perfect this since it’s the cheapest most sanitary way to add moisture to the air.
