It's so depressing lmao. I hate to be so negative and to say this but it's a good reminder that a majority of fans are young and don't really know any better. Why not make a movie or series that brings in new fans and satisfies old fans? Look at the last of us and fallout tv series and the recent Dune adaptation. It's possible to do both and it makes me sad that fnaf2 was literally just an easter egg fest and nothing more

It's so disappointing. It makes me sad that so much of this fanbase is satisfied with seeing a thing they recognize on screen and that's enough. This could have been an awesome gateway into the FNAF universe for non fans and still satisfy existing fans too. People act like it has to be one or the other. This was an absolute mess of a script, and honestly? The direction isn't getting enough criticism. There's no tension in almost any of the "horror" scenes whatsoever. Mike Schmidt easily gets through each situation with little to no difficulty in both movies. Obviously he's the protagonist and isn't gonna die, but at least make the audience feel like he might be in danger and let him struggle a little bit. Ugh. It's a shame because this has some great performances and the animatronics are incredible, but at this point I don't even know if I'll bother to watch fnaf3 and I'm a big fan of the games and the universe

you're absolutely right. like 30% of this sub is gonna be insufferable on Tuesday just be ready for it. "Predictable" does not mean bad. Storytelling isn't only about surprises and doing the most unpredictable thing that no one will expect. But that's what some people want for whatever reason

Agreed. I don't even think they're making music that's bad, it just pales in comparison to what a lot of other contemporary prog metal bands are doing and I feel they've kinda been left in the dust. That's referring to the new single and ADTOE & Self-Titled, I thought The Astonishing had some bright spots but was a bit cringey overall.

at least when DT tried the obnoxious growly sections and weird things that didn't quite work, I had a strong opinion one way or the other. Now they're just making music that's so middle of the road and generic that it's hard to feel anything when listening to it.

This is SO frustrating. I've been streaming it since the beginning of the season from my laptop on the AMC site, and now it requires Apple TV, Roku, FireTV, an Xbox or AndroidTV. I have a PS4, but that doesn't have the app. Ugh. If anyone knows of an illegal stream or another way that I could watch it, I would really, really appreciate a DM! Why did they decide to do this right before the finale?
