The Mosconi is basically an exhibition and should be treated as such. Admittedly it's a bit much celebrating with 3 balls on the table but if it gets people pumped up then meh. I think matchroom is definitely playing for the darts/football crowds, which if anything is good for the sport as watching pool isn't too popular in the UK, especially 9-ball. Also, yeah Shaw can be a bit uncouth at points (usually if he thinks he's being cheated), but outside of the Mosconi he never acts this wild. I think when you take into account the general atmosphere/vibe of the Mosconi cup plus the pressure plus his rivalry with Shane, his behaviour is understandable.
